Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the HRMS platform, ensuring it aligns with organizational objectives and compliance standards.
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing mentorship, support, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Implement modern technologies and frameworks to enhance the functionality, performance, and user experience of the HRMS platform.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes to improve efficiency.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI, machine learning, cloud solutions) relevant to HRMS.
- Ensure data security and compliance with privacy regulations in all HR operations.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key metrics and insights related to HRMS performance.
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
**Experience**:
- total work: 8 years (preferred)
- HRIS: 6 years (preferred)
- .NET: 5 years (preferred)
