Responsible for attending to incoming phone calls from patients / customers and connecting them to the concerned department/Individual.
- Checking the intercom lines and telephone instruments and escalating any repairs / issues to the IT department.
- Receiving phone calls and providing prompt information / guiding the caller to the appropriate person as required.
- Maintaining a complete list of phone numbers of all staff, doctors, their cell numbers, and their residential phone numbers (where required) and connecting calls as per the requirements.
- Ensuring call data is captured as per the given trackers and all calls / queries are tracked through resolutions.
- Reconcile phone log with the EPABX system dump to ensure all calls are captured, tracked, and resolved.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
