**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 4-5 years of experience in managing payroll, PF, ESIC, wage compliance, and labour law compliances.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in payroll software systems and MS Office.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, macros).
- **Knowledge**: Comprehensive understanding of payroll, statutory compliance, labour laws, PF, ESIC, and other wage regulations.
**Key Competencies**:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication skills to liaise with employees, management, and external bodies.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Payroll Processing**:
- Manage end-to-end payroll for 400+ employees, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement.
- Ensure correct calculation of salary components, deductions, bonuses, and reimbursements in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- **PF and ESIC Management**:
- Prepare and file monthly Provident Fund (PF) and Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) challans accurately and on time.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of PF and ESIC records.
- **Statutory Compliance**:
- Ensure adherence to all wage and labour compliance as per government regulations.
- Stay updated with changes in labour laws and other relevant statutory requirements.
- **Labour Compliance**:
- Manage statutory compliance documentation, including labour law compliance registers.
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all labour regulations are met.
- **Employee Data Management**:
- Maintain and update employee records, including salary revisions, attendance, and leave management.
- Handle payroll queries and provide resolutions for any discrepancies.
- **Advance Excel Skills**:
- Utilize advanced Excel skills (such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros) to generate payroll reports and conduct data analysis.
- Prepare payroll-related MIS reports for management review.
- **Audit Support**:
- Assist in internal and external audits related to payroll, statutory dues, and other related functions.
- Ensure all records and processes are audit-ready.
Pay: ₹25,500.00 - ₹30,700.00 per month
