Swimming Coach

Swimming Instruction: Provide high-quality coaching and instruction to female swimmers of varying skill levels
- Develop and implement training programs tailored to individual and group needs
- Technique Analysis: Analyze and correct swimming techniques, strokes, and turns
- Provide constructive feedback to swimmers for continuous improvement
- Training Sessions: Plan and conduct regular training sessions, ensuring a balance between skill development and conditioning
- Monitor and track swimmers' progress and performance
- Athlete Development: Foster the overall athletic development, sportsmanship, and teamwork among female swimmers
- Encourage a positive and inclusive team culture
- Competition Preparation: Prepare swimmers for competitions by organizing mock races, strategy discussions, and mental preparedness
- Attend and provide guidance during competitions as needed
- Safety and Wellness :Ensure the safety and well-being of all swimmers during training sessions and competitions
- Promote a healthy lifestyle and proper nutrition
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with swimmers, parents, and other coaching staff
- Conduct regular meetings to discuss training plans and progress

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
