**Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive**
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and increase market share.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- **Marketing Strategy and Execution**:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote products and services.
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Create compelling marketing content, including brochures, newsletters, press releases, and online materials.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Address client inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Gather client feedback and provide insights to improve products and services.
- **Performance Tracking and Reporting**:
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, such as sales revenue, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, marketing campaigns, and market trends.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve overall performance.
- **Collaboration and Teamwork**:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve common goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer service, and finance, to support business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends to ensure the company remains competitive.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹34,079.12 per month
