- Keeping linen rooms stocked, replenishing supplies.
- Notifying managers of necessary repairs, coordinating work on floors, and supervising spring cleaning
- Communicating clearly with supervisors and other staff members, and offering suggestions for improvement
- Assisting guests when necessary, and ensuring services offered to VIPs are of highest standards
