**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Planning and Implementation**: Design and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities that promote the holistic development of young children, including social-emotional skills, language and literacy, numeracy, creative expression, and physical development.
- **Play-Based Learning**: Facilitate play-based learning experiences that encourage exploration, discovery, creativity, and problem-solving. Provide opportunities for hands-on, sensory-rich activities that support children's natural curiosity and interests.
- **Individualized Instruction**: Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs and abilities of individual children, including those with varying learning styles, interests, and developmental levels. Provide additional support or enrichment as needed.
- **Assessment and Documentation**: Assess children's progress and development through ongoing observation, documentation, and assessment tools. Maintain accurate records of children's growth, achievements, and milestones.
- **Parent Communication**: Establish and maintain open, positive communication with parents/guardians, including regular updates on children's progress, conferences, and opportunities for parent involvement in their child's learning.
- **Classroom Management**: Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment where children feel valued, respected, and supported. Establish routines and expectations that promote positive behavior and social interaction.
- **Health and Safety**: Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in the classroom. Adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines, including maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- **Professional Development**: Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills, stay current with best practices in early childhood education, and fulfill continuing education requirements.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and support staff to create a cohesive and supportive learning community. Participate in team meetings, planning sessions, and school-wide initiatives.
- **Parent Education**: Provide parents/guardians with resources, guidance, and support related to child development, parenting strategies, and early literacy and numeracy skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Early Childhood Education certification or licensure (if applicable)
- Previous experience working with young children in a preschool or early childhood education setting
- Knowledge of child development principles, early childhood education theories, and best practices
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children
- Ability to create a warm, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
- Fluency in English (additional language proficiency may be advantageous)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
