**Danish Refugee Council**, one of the world’s leading humanitarian NGOs, is currently looking for a highly qualified Regional Safeguarding & Code of Conduct Coordinator for Asia-Europe.

**About the job**

This role has a regional focus and is responsible for the management of the Code of Conduct Reporting Mechanism in the region as well as the coordination with other safeguarding stakeholders for the purpose of the dissemination of safeguarding (PSEAH) policies and activities.

**Your main duties and responsibilities will be**:

- Maintaine the CoCRM in the region by ensuring the regional Intake Committee is functioning as per the CoCRM OH;
- Assign investigators and monitor investigations in the region;
- Maintain the relevant information flow between the CoCRM, the Relevant Management and the relevant HR department;
- Report on investigations to the relevant and affected donor(s) in coordination with the relevant DRC stakeholders;
- Conduct internal investigations;
- Contribute to the overall PSEAH and CoCRM risk analysis;
- Deliver training to DRC CoCRM functions in countries and to staff of the regional office regarding DRC CoC policy and CoCRM;
- Provide technical support, together with the relevant Safeguarding (PSEAH) and CoCRM Global Advisors, to relevant stakeholders in their regional area.

**About you**

To be successful in this role we expect you to have at least 3 years’ experience with code of conduct or similar in a large, global organization, influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders effectively across the organization and at least 2 years’ experience with conducting and/or monitoring internal investigations.

Moreover, we also expect the following:

- Required _
- experience in developing and delivering successful training sessions, facilitating meetings
- Familiar with Risk & Compliance
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Desirable_
- Additional good oral and written communication skills in French, Danish, Spanish or Arabic is an advantage.
