**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct routine gynecological examinations, including pelvic exams, pap smears, and breast exams.
- Diagnose and treat various gynecological conditions, such as menstrual disorders, pelvic pain, and infertility.
- Perform surgical procedures including hysterectomies, laparoscopies, and cesarean sections as necessary.
- Provide prenatal care to pregnant patients, including monitoring fetal development and managing high-risk pregnancies.
- Educate patients about contraception, family planning, and reproductive health.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including obstetricians, midwives, and nurses, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient encounters.
- Stay current with advancements in gynecological research, technology, and treatment modalities.
- Participate in continuing medical education and professional development activities.
- Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in patient care and interactions.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
- Residency training in obstetrics and gynecology.
- Board certification or eligibility in obstetrics and gynecology.
- State medical license and DEA registration.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current gynecological practices and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Commitment to providing patient-centered care with empathy and compassion.
- Willingness to adapt to changing healthcare environments and embrace new technologies.
- Dedication to ongoing professional development and lifelong learning.
**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.49 per month
