**About this opportunity**

We are currently hiring a Talent Acquisition Professional who will be responsible for the end-to-end recruiting life cycle for multiple countries and business units across the market area Middle East & Africa. This role will be based in Gurgaon, India, and is part of a multi-cultural team working across the Middle East and Africa.

**What you will do?**
- Manage the full recruitment process cycle from initial role briefing through to offer stage
- Conduct advisory intake sessions using market intelligence and defined sourcing strategy in collaboration with the sourcing team.
- Develop and update job adverts and post jobs to appropriate job boards and social media channels
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Secure all pre boarding activities are in place for new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

**You will bring**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience: 3+ years in multinational environments
- Expertise in full recruitment cycle processes such as sourcing active/passive talent through traditional and non-traditional methods using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, headhunting, and more
- Expertise in hiring great people with technical (preferably ICT & Telecom technologies)
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or other systems like SuccessFactors or similar cloud-based recruiting software.
- Experience in mass recruitment & working in a matrix organization
- Experience in hiring local and international talent
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience in talent research a plus
