Invoice Recociliation from Overseas Office.**
**Job Responsibilities:
- **
- Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form.
- Providing strong support to the Staff
- **Bridge between India and UK offices and other location offices for papers/ documents / invoices etc**
- Making sure of the time receipt of above and filing systematically. Invoice Reconciliation from UK and other part of countries
- Greetings any Visitors as well manage daily schedules and appointments for the executive team
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings
- **Manage office supplies and equipment as well AMC of equipments along with ordering and restocking**
**- Proficient in spoken and written English**
**- Basic knowledge of accounting for invoice reconciliation**
**Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
