Medical Transcriptionist

RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Day to day maintenance of discharge summary.

2. Updating the files and related details with electronic health records systems.

3. Transcribe and interpret diagnostic test results, operative reports.

4. Review and edit drafts prepared in software, making sure that the transcription is correct, complete, and has a consistent style

5. Identify inconsistencies, errors, and missing information within a report that could compromise patient care.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
