**Collaboration**: Work closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide regular updates, and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment process.

**Compliance**: Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

0-1 years of experience in recruitment or a related HR role.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.

Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of talent acquisition.

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
