We are Hiring For Site Incharge with strong abilities and knowledge.

Location:

- Dehradun, Uttrakhand

Job description : Co-ordinate with architect and Vendors as and when required. To make billing Costing of site, Working Drawing Detailing, Quality control of works being carried out.
- Interact with the Consultant to get the approved drawing on time for the speedy execution of assigned job.
- To prepare the initial planning, costing programming and set up of the new project and co-ordinate with the client and consults. Arrange/Ensure the optimum utilization of hired machinery if any.
- To prepare followup of target dates of construction ,preparation of bar charts ,schedules of the projects, prepare building wise schedule for quantities material.
- To maintain the speed of the project ,as outlined by the management ,without compromising on quality at any stage.
- To communicate the management decisions to the concerned.
- To coordinate with different department in head office like Accounts, Purchase ,Admin/HR etc.
- To keep overall watch on the working of all technical/non-technical staff and to get maximum productivity.

**Salary**: ₹10,666.94 - ₹38,419.37 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dehradun, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 4 years (preferred)
