The SCM Techno-functional role is crucial in aligning supply chain management processes with IT systems to ensure seamless operations. This position plays a vital part in identifying areas for system improvements, implementing solutions, and providing technical support to optimize supply chain operations.Key Responsibilities:

- Should be able to explain transaction flow and understand high-level concepts. Like IR/ISO, O2C and P2P Cycle.
- Provide techno-functional expertise to support SCM IT systems
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into system features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement supply chain solutions
- Develop and maintain documentation for SCM processes and systems
- Manage system configuration and testing for SCM modules
- Support end-users with system issues and provide relevant training
- Participate in SCM system upgrades and enhancements
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to SCM systems
- Lead and contribute to SCM process improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with data security and governance policies
- Provide technical expertise for SCM-related projects
- Collaborate with vendors to evaluate and implement new SCM technologies
- Contribute to the strategic direction of SCM IT systems
- Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in SCM systems

**Technical Skillset**
- **Required**:SQL, PLSQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports and BI Publisher
- **Required any two**: Apex, Workflow, and OA Framework

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in SCM techno-functional roles
- Demonstrated proficiency in SCM modules of major ERP systems
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting for SCM operations
- Experience in system implementation, configuration, and support
- Knowledge of SQL, database design, and data migration
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Certifications in SCM or relevant IT systems will be an advantage
- Experience in system integration and troubleshooting
- Proven track record in delivering SCM system enhancements and optimizations
- Understanding of cloud-based SCM solutions and technologies
- Familiarity with ITIL and agile methodologies for system development and support
