Backend Executive

**Role and responsibilities.**

1) Passionate about marketing and market research

2) IT Savvy especially IG

3) Having working knowledge in handling software languages for backend for admin functions of the portal. (Example uploading product pictures, editing them, etc. on the website)
- End-to-end management of D-Kart
- Market Research to identify individuals and firms that make hand-made interior décor products using social media reach outs and other ways.
- Creating a database of such sellers, and reaching out to them for getting listed with us for selling their products.
- Get approval from CEO / Director / Creative Director before giving consent to onboard them.
- Collect, upload and archive pictures in a systematic manner, if needed.
- Photoshop assistance to vendors, if needed.
- Managing shipping related communication with vendors. (It will be automated with an API Integrated delivery partner, but you may need to monitor from time to time or when necessary)
- Taking feedback from customers and making sure of getting social media reviews done by them.
- Keeping record of business and give weekly reports to the CEO.
- Managing our social media platforms:

- Creating and posting messages, pictures, posters etc on our social media pages and increasing followers on a consistent basis.
- Managing web content edits and adding new content as and when required.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
