Avp Fair Lending Analytics

Support the implementation of the SYF Fair Lending Disparate Impact Testing Framework by generating data and/or providing 2nd line oversight of data needed to execute Disparate Impact Testing on models
- Coordinate activities with third party supplier who conducts disparate impact testing to assess the potential impact of neutral rules on protected classes; Ensure compliance with SYF Information Security requirements applicable to the transfer of data
- Extract and manipulate large datasets from data warehouses to prepare for modeling samples, using SQL, SAS, Python, Spark and other tools
- Maintain and enhance the centralized variable repository leveraged by Fair Lending
- Master's / Bachelor’s Degree with quantitative underpinning (i.e., Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or, Engineering) with 5+ years’ overall analytics experience or in lieu of a degree, 7 years of overall analytics experience
- 4+ years of experience in fair lending analysis, compliance analytics, model risk management, credit, and/or risk management.
- 3+ year experience with SAS, SQL, Python or other data science programming languages.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
