**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:

- Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking.
- Present and demonstrate our wedding invitation products to potential clients, highlighting key features and customization options.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
- Handle store sales and assist walk-in customers, providing personalized service and guidance.
- Maintain the store, ensuring it is well-organized, presentable, and stocked with current product offerings.

Client Servicing:

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing personalized assistance throughout the ordering process.
- Assist clients in selecting and customizing their wedding invitations&wedding stationery, ensuring their vision is brought to life.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Handle any client complaints or issues promptly and professionally, striving to resolve them to the client’s satisfaction.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and/or client servicing, preferably in the wedding or events industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for weddings and a genuine interest in helping clients create their perfect day.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
