**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Designing, updating, and implementing course materials, lesson plans, and assessments that align with educational standards and objectives.
- Teaching computer skills and concepts to students through lectures, demonstrations, hands-on activities, and other appropriate instructional methods.
- Assisting students with technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and networks, troubleshooting problems, and providing guidance on effective computer use.
- Providing personalized support and guidance to students who need extra help or have specific learning needs, ensuring that all students can effectively engage with the material.
- Developing and administering quizzes, tests, projects, and other assessments to measure student learning outcomes and progress, providing feedback to students and adjusting instruction as needed.
- Establishing and maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment, managing student behavior, and fostering a culture of respect and collaboration.
- Staying current with developments in the field of computer science and technology, attending workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
- Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance, and preparing reports for administrators, parents, or other relevant parties as required.
- Advocating for the importance of digital literacy and computing skills, raising awareness of opportunities in the field, and encouraging students to pursue further study or careers in technology.

**REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS**:

- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as public speaking abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and implement effective training plans.
- Great interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with learners and solve their issues.
- Proficiency in the use of office suite software, such as Microsoft Office.
