Job Summary

A store manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively.

This role will be to execute and manage daily inward and outward with MIS and management Reporting

Roles and Responsibilities
- Spearheading daily warehouse operations like receipts, dispatch, and inventory& accounting records with ERP.
- Looking the processing of GRNs, uploading & maintaining data for receipts, stock transfers, backward

Movement and entire inventory management in ERP with FIFO.
- Managing the variance free inventory by conducting stock verification and documentation; Receipts,

Dispatches, Accounting and monitoring the inventory for multiple warehouses.
- Planning, Organizing and Controlling of overall operations for the Warehouse. Keeping track and reporting

on stock quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs.
- Procedure for Invoicing and Sales return, cycle count, MIS, Insurance claims etc.
- Responsible for ERP development, customization & configuration as per updated process in live operations.
- Carrying out the warehouse audit check as per warehouse norms, making of inspection reports,

cycle count of storage materials.
- Responsible for packaging materials, administrative and cost management.
- Monitoring and checking vendor bills, own vehicles expenses and transporters bills on regularly &
clearance for payment including branch expenses.
- Logistics management - Timely vehicle placement & delivery within TAT
- Responsible for identification and selection of new logistic carriers based on quotations received.
- Ensure appropriate documentation of supply chain processes including relevant permits and

declarations, movement/distribution orders and invoices.
- Ensuing smooth day to day operations for dispatch, documentation and manpower.
- Timely dispatch with daily inward and outward.
- Minimizing transportation cost.
- Ensure all invoices are generated.
- Inventory controlling with FIFO & daily cycle count.
- Daily system updation
- Stock verification
- Coordination with Sales Team, Customers, Distributors & service centers for collecting of

defective materials and liquidate the same.
- Setting up layout and ensure efficient space utilization. WMS, 5S Process & Layout Implementation.
- MIS updates & reports.
- Data management - Records, Documentation, Verification, Audit etc.
- Forwarding customer wise, product wise, monthly sales, shortfalls, pending orders MIS for validation

& inventory as on hand to have an action plan.
