Field Operations

Define and monitor daily and weekly KRA for the ground resources and report the same to the HQ

Prioritize and Work on different modules simultaneously (active projects) in your area of operations

Stakeholder Management at different levels with structured Reporting and Implementation Schedules

Report project progress on a regular basis, along with highlighting the areas which need intervention

Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence

Excellent Proficiency in Tamil and working knowledge in English;
Political Acumen viz., understanding of State’s political landscape

Preferable hands-on experience in Sales/ Field operations/ social work etc.

Dedication towards the work in hand and willingness to travel and work all week

Cross-functional liaising ability and take up ownership in strategizing and executing long term and short term initiatives as the Project demands

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
