Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive (Fresher)

**Job Description**:
As a Social Media Marketing Fresher at Adinn Advertising Agency, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance the online presence and brand visibility of our clients. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content and execute campaigns across various social media platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career in social media marketing and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic advertising agency environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Social Media Strategy: Assist in developing social media strategies to align with clients' business objectives, target audience, and industry trends.
- Content Creation: Create compelling and engaging content for social media channels, including text, image, and video-based content.
- Campaign Execution: Implement social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, user engagement, and lead generation.
- Community Management: Monitor and engage with online communities, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Social Media Advertising: Assist in planning and executing paid social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and conversions.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms. Prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to recommend innovative ideas for content creation and campaign strategies.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the creative team, copywriters, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging across all social media platforms.
- Research and Insights: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, target audience preferences, and industry trends.
- Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand advocate by effectively representing clients' brand values and maintaining a positive brand image across social media platforms.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree.

Strong passion for social media marketing and staying updated with the latest industry trends.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools and platforms.

Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
