Legal Manger

Managing Litigations, filed by and against the company and MIS reporting of the same to the top management
- Follow up legal field staffs and initiate legal steps as per the requirements of the team members
- Work for achieving target of Two wheeler loss on sale account
- Manage collection processes using the legal tools of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Execution of Awards & Negotiable Instruments Act
- Handling and initiating legal actions against internal frauds, defaulted borrowers and initiate criminal action by filing S.199 complaint against the contract having status of “borrower available but vehicle not available”
- Draft statement of facts for preparation of legal notices, written statements, writ petitions, version, appeals and affidavits
- Liaison and attend at courts and police stations to ensure compliance and crisis management, When require.
- Vendor management (Advocates & Associate management)
- Advise the collection and business team on legal matters
- Maintain, MIS of cases, record of inward and outward, advocate bill payments and notice registers.
- With the assistance of the Amin / Advocate Commissioner, execute the Interim Order of Attachment under S.17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act on Movable / Immovable Property.
- Executing warrant in EP & S.138 cases through Amin/Police respectively
- Sending of Demand notices against borrower and guarantors in NPA Live contracts, when reqquires
- Attend mediation and negotiate terms.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per year

- Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
