**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including office organization, communication, and record-keeping.
- Oversee the school's financial operations, including bookkeeping, budgeting, and payroll processing.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial statements.
- Coordinate with external auditors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Assist with HR-related tasks, such as employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating staff schedules.
- Provide administrative support to the school's principal and leadership team.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures, as well as local and national regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting, administrative management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and office productivity tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of educational institutions or school environments is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
