**Accounts receivables Incharge**:
As the Accounts Receivables In-charge, you will be responsible for managing the school's financial transactions related to tuition fees, ensuring timely collection and accurate record-keeping. You will play a vital role in maintaining positive relationships with students, parents, and staff in the process.
Prepare and circulate student invoices within set time limits and billing for other services on timely basis.
Taking care of the ARI/ARR Accounting function including verification/classification of entries for revenue and expenses as per global chart of accounts while entering in ERP.
Encouraging timely payments and sending reminders/doing regular follow up to collect dues. This would include making/receiving phone calls, Phone Messages and E Mails.
Resolving the customer Billing problems; including processing refunds; quickly and create resolutions that bring in revenue on a regular basis.
Monitor Accounts on a daily basis and preparing weekly Fee Collection Report in the prescribed format.
Develop collections methods that consistently lead to achieving or exceeding company collections goals which will include analyzing Payment History, etc.
Work closely with team members to create ways to bring in collections and find success as a group.
Prepare weekly/monthly bank reconciliations for related accounts and reports thereof.
Assist in Financial Aid Process and taking care of the relevant accounting part.
Prepare periodical Fee Reconciliation matching with Admissions and Financial Aid analysis.
Complete monthly closing procedures and verifying Trial Balance, including assisting Business Analyst for financial reporting to all stakeholders (actuals and annual forecast and cash flows by month).
Assist with related part of financial and tax audits, preparing related tax replies, statutory compliances, other reporting requirements and Annual Budget process.
Ad-hoc support to management on requirement basis, as directed by line manager.
