**Key Responsibilities: Silambam**
- **Instruction and Training**:

- Teach Silambam techniques, including basic movements, footwork, weapon handling, and advanced forms.
- Develop personalized training plans for students of varying skill levels (beginner to advanced).
- Ensure students practice with proper posture and form to prevent injuries.
- **Cultural and Historical Education**:

- Share the cultural and historical significance of Silambam with students.
- Promote understanding and appreciation of its roots in Tamil Nadu and its connection to ancient traditions.
- **Program Development**:

- Design engaging class curricula, incorporating warm-ups, drills, and demonstrations.
- Organize workshops, competitions, or community events to promote Silambam.
- Adapt teaching styles to suit group and individual learning needs.
- **Safety and Discipline**:

- Enforce safety protocols, particularly when practicing with Silambam sticks and other traditional weapons.
- Foster a disciplined and respectful learning environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 2 per week
