**ROLE SUMMARY**:
As the Executive Assistant to the Founders, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the founders' office. This position requires a combination of exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Calendar Management**: Coordinate and manage the founders' complex schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

**Meeting Coordination**: Prepare meeting agendas, documents, and briefs. Attend and take minutes during meetings, ensuring follow-up on action items.

**Travel Arrangements**:Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, and logistics for the founders.

**Document Management**:Organize and maintain confidential documents, files, and records.

**Project Support**:Assist in special projects, research, and presentations as assigned by the founders.

**Gatekeeping**: Manage access to the founders, screen and prioritize communications, and handle routine inquiries.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
