**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultation**:

- Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Conduct site visits to assess the space and gather necessary measurements and photos.
- Develop detailed client briefs and project plans.
- **Design Development**:

- Create mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings to present design concepts to clients.
- Select and specify furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes.
- Produce detailed design drawings and plans using CAD software.
- **Project Management**:

- Prepare project timelines and ensure all design projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee the installation and execution of design elements.
- **Budget Management**:

- Develop and manage project budgets.
- Ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality or design integrity.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with architects, builders, and other professionals to ensure cohesive and integrated design solutions.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address any issues or concerns.
- **Trend Awareness and Innovation**:

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Continuously seek creative and innovative solutions to design challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional interior design experience.
- Proficiency in design software such as Coohom, Revit, 3ds Max, Sketchup.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Excellent visual and spatial awareness.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification from the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) or similar.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality design projects.
- Familiarity with sustainable and eco-friendly design practices.
