Bim Trainee

FairConstruct Construction Solutions Private Limited is a construction management services and solutions provider. We ensure successful execution of various types of challenging and complex projects using technology and data science. Currently we have an exclusive agreement with New York based construction outfit - Malbro Construction Services that works for Federally funded Hurricane Disaster Recovery, Private residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality and mixed use real estate development projects etc.

**Responsibilities**
- To assist the BIM Manager with designing and drafting of construction projects for residential as well as commercial buildings
- To assist in the preparation tender drawings for tender process.
- To help with other spontaneous office related tasks as and when required

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing or completed graduation in architecture/ btech
- civil engineering from a recognized institution
- Basic knowledge of Revit, Autocad, BIM
- Basic knowledge of sheet drafting in Revit
- Revit Dynamo experience will be preferred
- Proactive and self-driven person

**Experience**:2-3 yrs
