**Cluster Manager - Interior Sales**
- Develop comprehensive business plans and strategies for various product line markets to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
- Supervise and lead a dedicated team of sales professionals and designers.
- Ensure seamless coordination between sales and design phases to align with business objectives.
- Proactively engage with B2C leads, converting them into valuable sales opportunities.
- Schedule client visits to our Experience Center for efficient lead conversion.
- Focus on nurturing and expanding large accounts to establish recurring revenue streams.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts and strategic customers.
- Identify and collaborate with channel partners to drive business expansion in targeted geographies.

**Senior Manager - Interior Sales**
- Spearhead strategic initiatives to optimize sales performance across multiple product lines.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of sales managers and representatives.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine sales strategies and enhance customer engagement.
- Drive the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales objectives.
- Evaluate sales metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

**Team Lead - Interior Sales**
- Lead a dedicated team of interior sales consultants to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Monitor sales activities and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for escalated customer inquiries and issues, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.

**Sales Consultant - Interior Sales**
- Engage with customers to understand their interior design needs and preferences.
- Showcase our products and services effectively to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
- Provide personalized design recommendations and solutions to customers, leveraging your expertise and creativity.
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
