Back Office Executive

- **Key Responsibilities**_
- Maintain and update records, databases, and documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
- Input, verify, and process data to ensure consistency and quality.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to deadlines.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications professionally.
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and records in a systematic manner.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and other operational paperwork.
- Monitor inventory and manage office supplies procurement.
- Provide support to front-office teams in responding to client or partner inquiries.
- Assist in scheduling and coordination for meetings or events.
- **Qualifications & Skills**_
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹16,000.00 per month
