Job Title: Outlet In-charge/Manager

About Us

The Coco Factory is a leading brand specializing in coconut-based products, dedicated to delivering high-quality and innovative offerings to our customers. As we continue to expand our presence, we are seeking a dynamic Outlet Manager to join our team and oversee the operations of one or more outlets.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage the day-to-day operations of one or more outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

2. Develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and increase sales revenue.

3. Lead and motivate outlet staff, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained.

4. Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product display to ensure optimal stock availability and presentation at all times.

5. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

6. Prepare and analyze reports on outlet performance, revenue trends, and customer feedback, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

7. Collaborate with the management team to develop outlet-specific strategies and initiatives aligned with overall company objectives.

8. Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork, communication, and collaboration among outlet staff.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.

2. Proven experience in outlet management or retail operations, preferably in the food and beverage industry.

3. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.

4. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, staff, and stakeholders.

6. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

7. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations is preferred.

8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Point of Sale (POS) systems.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
