Jr CRM assistant (Female only ) Position 2

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
- Customize and configure the CRM system to meet the specific needs of the sales and marketing teams.
- Create and maintain a database of customer information, including contact details, preferences, and interactions.
- Generate reports and provide insights on customer behavior, sales trends, and campaign performance to support data-driven decision-making.
- Stay updated on CRM industry trends and best practices, proactively recommending enhancements and innovative solutions to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a CRM Or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Good knowedge of Ms-Excel
- Good in project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and system integrity.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Salary : Rs 15000 to Rs 21000 K per month negotiable

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
