Responsibilities for Tax Manager
- Indepth Knowledge of the Direct and Indirect tax laws applicable in India
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of Tax audit, Transfer Pricing, income tax returns and any other business related filings.
- Plan for and update overall return calendar and coordinate timing and inputs with team
- Maintain effective control procedures over, all aspects of the tax process.
- Manage and facilitate GST or income tax audits: preparing responses to various Notices, creating schedules, etc.
- Liaison with consultants in regards to any tax related matters
- Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments, communicate the effects of these developments to management and the team and create strategies to capitalize on changes to tax legislation.

**Qualifications**
Qualifications for Tax Manager
- Strong accounting, analytical, and research skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of tax codes, compliance and procedures for corporations and Familiarity with reporting requirements.
- Strong experience with a variety of tax operations and ability to drive process improvements.
- Experience in SAP S4 HANA
