Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a motivated and talented Digital Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing our digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement.

**Responsibilities**:
3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

4. Monitor and analyze website analytics, social media metrics, and campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts and report on key performance indicators.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and execute digital marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency across all channels.

6. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and propose innovative ideas to improve our digital presence.

7. Support the creation and optimization of landing pages, lead generation forms, and conversion funnels.

8. Assist in managing social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.

9. Help coordinate and execute digital advertising campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, and performance tracking.

10. Support the development and maintenance of the company's website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various digital channels.

5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

6. Familiarity with website analytics tools and basic understanding of HTML and CSS.

7. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

8. Creative thinking and willingness to propose new ideas and strategies.

9. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.

10. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
