Company Description:
Siddarth Engineering Limited is an EPC Construction company executing high value turnkey electrical projects EHV substation & transmission line Projects since 1972 all across India as well as in Bhutan.
JOB PROFILE:
- Receive incoming shipments of materials and equipment.
- Verify the quantity of received items against purchase orders.
- Implement efficient storage and organisation systems to optimize space and access.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder materials as necessary to prevent shortages or excesses.
- Ensure that all received materials are properly stored and labelled.
- Inspect items for damage or defects and report discrepancies.
- Coordinate the release of materials and equipment to the construction teams as per project requirements.
- Ensure that materials are issued on a "first-in, first-out" basis to minimise wastage.
- Maintain an inward-outward register for the project's store to control and track usage, reordering levels, and prevent stock outs.
- Conduct regular stock audits to minimise losses and discrepancies.
- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of materials.
- Regularly update and reconcile inventory records.
- Maintain a comprehensive MIS system as per company standards. Ensure that all relevant data is entered accurately and in a timely manner.
- Generate reports as required to support decision-making for Management.
- Ensure Responsibilities as per the FMS sheet.
- Any other work as assigned by superiors or the management.
Experience of 4 to 5 year in the relevant field(Transmission/Line /Substation)
