POSITION: RECEPTIONIST

REQUIREMENT/ WORK:

- Must be smart, prompt and presentable
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent in English
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Make Outbound calls
- Make data and followups on queries and convert to bookings
- Take, record and manage booking resort booking
- Ensure effective follow ups to client queries
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Order and manage front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing

**LOCATION: Rurban Resort, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
