**Responsibilities**:
Assist legal department head in providing the Corporate Law services to the clients

Well Versed in Drafting, vetting, negotiating, review and closing various legal agreements of the organization such as Corporate and real estate laws.

Review documents received from vendors. Ensure all required Contractual Agreements, Vendor agreements are executed, and documentation is provided by new and current vendors.

Manage record keeping for all contract related documentation and also maintaining legal tracksheet of all the clients and the Company.

Designing and monitoring legal process workflow in the internal teams.

Well-versed with Companies act 2013 and other contractual Laws

**Skills**:Degree in Law (LLB)

Excellent drafting skills and knowledge on Shareholder Agreements and M&A will be a plus.

Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)

Team Co-ordination and Collaborative skills

Ready to take work pressure when business demands (Flexibility)

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
