IT Trainer

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver high-quality IT/CSC courses to students, ensuring effective learning outcomes
- Design instructional materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and assessments that align with the curriculum and educational objectives
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the IT/CSC field and incorporate them into the course content
- Provide clear explanations of technical concepts and terminology to students, ensuring their understanding and engagement
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and collaboration
- Assess student progress and performance, providing constructive feedback and support for improvement
- Address individual learning needs and provide additional assistance or resources as required
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to continuously improve the curriculum and teaching methodologies
- Stay organized and maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance
- Keep up-to-date with technological advancements and tools relevant to IT/CSC education

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as an IT Teacher, CSC Teacher, IT Trainer or a similar role.
- BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field
- Demonstrated experience in designing technical course material that meets educational standards
- Familiarity with web-based learning platforms and proficiency in using technology for teaching purposes
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies and approaches to meet the diverse learning needs of students
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering student learning and success
