We are looking for an employee, who is a start-up hustler, to join our team and work closely with the founder to drive the growth of our home-cooked food marketplace in India. As the Market Launcher, you will be responsible for handling various aspects of the business and working towards achieving the goals and objectives of the company. You will be the go-to person for anything that needs to be done to ensure the smooth running of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the founder to develop and implement business strategies
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences
- Work with the team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement and drive sales
- Develop and manage relationships with home cooks and vendors on the platform
- Handle operations and logistics to ensure timely delivery of food to customers
- Conduct on-the-ground interviews and surveys to gather feedback and insights from customers and vendors
- Manage customer support and resolve any issues or complaints
- Continuously analyze performance metrics and provide insights to the team to optimize operations and drive growth

**Key Requirements**
- Relevant experience in a start-up or entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
- Familiarity with the Indian market and food industry would be a plus
- Willingness to travel to India frequently
- Passionate about food and the food industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
