**What you will be doing**:
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to promote consulting services and achieve business goals, with the ability to perform effectively under high-pressure, target-driven environments.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify potential areas of growth.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of consulting services to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised solutions for client requirements.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting and effective account management.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of the company’s consulting offerings and competitive positioning.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Ensure all sales activities align with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in consulting, legal, or professional services industries.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to engage with clients at various levels.
- Sales Techniques: Proficient in lead generation, prospecting, and consultative sales techniques.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to identify and address client needs effectively.
- Analytical Skills: Adept at analysing client requirements and proposing tailored solutions.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
- Resilience: Results-driven with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and achieving targets.
