**Job Title: Mechanic Sales Representative**
**Job Overview**:
As a Mechanic Sales Representative (MSR), you will be responsible for selling mechanical products or services to clients. You will utilize your technical knowledge to understand client needs, recommend appropriate products or services, and provide solutions to enhance their mechanical operations. Additionally, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Identify Prospects**: Research and identify potential clients in need of mechanical products or services through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and market research.
- **Understand Client Needs**: Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements and understand their mechanical systems or operations to offer tailored solutions.
- **Recommend Products/Services**: Utilize your technical expertise to recommend appropriate mechanical products or services that meet the client's needs and budget.
- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of the products or services offered.
- **Negotiate Contracts**: Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients to close sales deals while ensuring profitability for the company.
- **Provide Technical Support**: Offer technical support and assistance to clients before, during, and after the sales process to address any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- **Build Relationships**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust, loyalty, and repeat business opportunities.
- **Stay Updated**: Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitors' offerings to remain competitive in the market.
- **Meet Sales Targets**: Set and achieve sales targets and goals within specified timeframes to contribute to the company's revenue objectives.
**Requirements**:
- **Technical Knowledge**: Strong understanding of mechanical products, systems, and processes.
- **Sales Skills**: Proven track record in sales with excellent negotiation, communication, and persuasion abilities.
- **Customer Focus**: Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to identify client needs and provide effective solutions to address them.
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and sales activities simultaneously.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams such as engineering, marketing, and customer support to meet client needs.
- **Bachelor's Degree**: Preferably in mechanical engineering, business administration, or a related field.
