**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Substantial, extensive and demonstrated experience in various aspects of technology infrastructure design and implementation, with tangible, relevant and demonstrated experience in delivering projects within scope and budget
- Should Have SQLServer DBA production support experience, preferably with large clients with large infrastructure base
- Working Experience with HA/DR solutions including AlwaysON clustering, mirroring options - must
- Implementation SQL replication in a complex environment
- Exposure & expertise with Azure SQL PaaS services
- Should Have Powershell scripting exposure & knowledge
- Experience with SQLServer builds, patching/upgrades, backups, restores, cloud migrations, replication setups, alwaysON clustering, performance tuning, troubleshooting Must have 5+ years experience in MySQL Database administration
- Good knowledge of SQL for MySQL,
- Extensive experience with MySQL Server Installation, configuring and troubleshooting
- Solid knowledge of Database Server High Availability Features
- Solid knowledge in the following areas: Windows or Unix, Networking, Clustering, T-SQL
- Fluent English
- Understanding and solid experience on any of the leading cloud and/or virtualization technologies (Azure)

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- SQLServer and Azure DBA skills - primary requirement
- Skills and knowledge on automation, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Analytics & Database technologies are preferred
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills to contribute as a leading member of global, distributed teams focused on delivering quality services and solutions
- Able to distill complex technical challenges to actionable and explainable decisions
- Demonstrate excellent technical & architecture skills in the context of cloud based global platform/product design, service management and product lifecycle management
- Demonstrate ability to rapidly learn new and emerging technologies and developing a vision of their suitability and role as a new product within a platform & product landscape
- Operational experience including early life support and driving root cause analysis and remediation
- Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change.
- Ability to work across large and complex organization structures, and across global teams, supporting cultural differences and motives
- Ability to work independently in a global organization within the context of a virtual team.
- Due to the global team/organization calls and meetings out of regular office hours will occur
- Weekend or late-night work may occur during project phases and on call rotations

- At least 4 years of Experience with HA/DR solutions including AlwaysON clustering, mirroring options - must
- At least 2 years of experience with SQL replication
- At least 2 years of experience with Azure SQL PaaS services
- Powershell scripting - one year
- Experience with SQLServer builds, patching/upgrades, backups, restores, cloud migrations, replication setups, alwaysON clustering, performance tuning, troubleshooting - must
- Vendor or industry standard certifications in applicable specialty or related technology areas desirable
