Complaint Resolution: Customer support representatives are responsible for addressing and resolving customer complaints or issues. They should listen attentively, empathize with the customer's concerns, and work towards finding a satisfactory solution. This may involve coordinating with other departments, such as reservations or operations, to resolve the problem effectively.

Booking and Reservation Support: Customer support representatives often assist customers in making bookings and reservations. They should be knowledgeable about the company's booking systems, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient processing of reservations. They may also handle changes or cancellations as per the company's guidelines.

Communication: Effective communication is vital in the customer support role. Representatives should communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. They should be able to explain complex information in a simple and understandable manner while adapting their communication style to meet the needs of different customers.

Documentation and Record-Keeping: Customer support representatives need to accurately document customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions. This documentation serves as a reference for future interactions and provides valuable insights for management to improve processes and address recurring issues.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
