Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance requests.
Answer incoming calls, manage correspondence, and schedule appointments.
Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and event planning.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute materials.
Provide support for HR initiatives, including onboarding and record-keeping.
Maintain accurate files and documentation.
Managing house-keeping
Male Preferred
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in an office setting.
2+ years of Experience with Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
