Job Description: Commercial Executive (Accounts & Supply Chain)

**Location**: Jammu

**Role Overview**:
As a Commercial Executive, you will be responsible for managing both accounts and supply chain functions within the packaging manufacturing company. You will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient financial operations, managing customer accounts, and optimizing the supply chain to meet business objectives. This role requires a combination of financial acumen, analytical skills, and effective communication to coordinate with various stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounts Management**:

- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payments to suppliers and vendors.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support business planning and decision-making.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and payment terms with customers to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for customer retention and expansion.
- **Supply Chain Management**:

- Oversee the procurement process, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and purchase order management.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize inventory management practices to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers while optimizing transportation and warehousing costs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction within the supply chain.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, sales, production, and logistics teams, to align commercial strategies with business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with external partners, including suppliers, customers, and service providers, to ensure seamless operations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting and/or supply chain management roles, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
