We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Leader with a strong background in project management and technical expertise in testing. As a Project Leader at Quest Global, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects related to testing activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage testing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and requirements
- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, task assignments, and risk management strategies
- Coordinate and communicate project progress, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders and senior management
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates on project milestones and deliverables
- Monitor and control project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices in testing methodologies
- Mentor and guide team members, providing technical expertise and support as needed

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience as a Project Leader or similar role, with a focus on testing projects
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize tasks
- Technical expertise in testing methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in testing
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus
