**Upgradation of strategies. **Develop and implement SEO and PPC strategies alongside oversee and understand social media strategies that would presume to be a good fit for both company as well as market.

**Recruitment and Hiring**. **Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport on recruiting strategies.
