**Responsibilities**:

- Perform in-house cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Responsible for serving tea and refreshments to guests and staff.
- Assist in general housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Ensure cleanliness of common areas, restrooms, and other designated spaces.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
- Handle basic maintenance tasks and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Provide assistance to guests and staff as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for guest interaction.
- Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to take on various tasks to contribute to a well-maintained facility.
