Are you a wizard with videos, a maestro in storytelling, and an aficionado of seamless editing? We are looking for a Video Editor extraordinaire who can breathe life into our social media brands. Orcapex Media is looking for a Video Editor who can create videos from scratch. One should be responsible for coming up with highly creative and designed content for upcoming social media brands.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Manipulating and editing film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience.
- Take a brief to grasp the production team’s needs and specifications.
- Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film.
- Create rough and final cuts along with Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects.
- Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running.
- You should know the basics about SEO/SMO and marketing strategies for social media channels like YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Consult with stakeholders from production to the post-production process.
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and the industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.
- You're responsible for editing and assembling recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product ready for broadcasting.
- You're responsible for finalizing video and compiling graphics into videos or multiple videos into a finished version for social media.
- You're responsible for coming up with highly creative and designed content.
- You are familiar with sound manipulation, video frequency pitching and improving content quality.
- You're a time-saver, you prioritize your work, and you can create functional yet beautiful experiences.
- You're a team player and will be able to work with other designers, developers, and clients.
- **Notability**
- You're able to do content research to publish videos both in long and short form content.
- You're able to make color corrections, audio syncs, merges, and cut RAW videos.
- You're able to add subtitles, animations, overlays text, transitions to the videos.
- You can add copyright-free stock music/videos along with a record of the proper links and licenses where you used them.
- Add pre and post-animation with HQ and able to export/render in 4K and FHD (1080p) ore to the videos as per requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a video editor.
- Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Adobe Premier Pro, Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, and Final Cut Pro.)
- Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio.
- Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity.
- Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing.
- Creative mind and storytelling skills.
- Command over English and Hindi language.
- Knowledge in film studies, cinematography, or related field.
- You love coffee and pizza

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
